IGNITE ONLINE DIRECTORY RENEWAL POLICY

At IGNITE, we strive to keep our renewal process as straightforward and transparent as possible, ensuring you continue to benefit from the unique opportunities for collaboration, networking, and community impact without interruption.

 

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscription Continuity: To provide an uninterrupted experience, IGNITE memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your subscription will renew using the payment method on file for the same subscription term (monthly or annually), ensuring seamless access to our platform.

Notification: Members will receive an email renewal reminder seven days before their subscription is due to be renewed. This notification will include the subscription term, the renewal date, and the amount charged.

 

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription Preferences: You have complete control over your subscription settings. Members can update their subscription preferences, including cancellation or changing from an annual to a monthly plan (and vice versa), through their account settings on the IGNITE platform.

Payment Method Updates: Members must ensure their payment information is current. You can update your payment details at any time through your account settings. If we cannot process your renewal payment, you will be notified and given instructions to update your payment information to avoid service interruption.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, please refer to our Refund Policy for information on eligibility for refunds on canceled subscriptions.

Grace Period: To support our members, IGNITE offers a seven-day grace period for renewal after a subscription has expired. You will retain access to your account and all features during this time. After the grace period, if the subscription is not renewed, your account may be downgraded to a free or limited-access version, depending on our service structure.

 

RENEWAL PRICING

Price Changes: IGNITE reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Any pricing changes will be communicated to current members at least seven days before renewal.

 

Grandfathering Policy: In appreciation of our early members, IGNITE may offer grandfathered pricing or special conditions. These will be detailed in your account settings and communicated through renewal notifications.
