Our Founder & Our Story
In 2018, Tracy Brown observed a critical challenge in the local community: while passion and dedication were abundant, many business owners and nonprofit leaders struggled to move past the "survival phase." They possessed a heart for service but often lacked the specialized infrastructure, technical knowledge, and long-term resources required for true sustainability.
Driven by the belief that a community is only as strong as the systems supporting it, Tracy founded Community Partnership Foundation Inc. The goal was clear: to move beyond temporary fixes and instead provide the "architectural" support leaders need to build organizations that last.
A Mission Rooted in Partnership
Tracy believed in the strength of working together. From the beginning, the organization aimed to connect private businesses, nonprofit groups, and local government, knowing that real community success depends on these groups working closely.
With Tracy leading the way, the foundation took an active role in local government projects and became a strong partner to nonprofit organizations. By working closely with these groups, Tracy helped ensure that community development and planning supported one another to build a stable place for growth.
