In-Person + Virtual | February & October Cohorts The Growth Accelerator Mastermind is a six-month, results-driven group experience for entrepreneurs, business owners, and nonprofit leaders who are ready to move from planning to completion. Each participant enters the mastermind with one clearly defined project, program, initiative, or business goal that must be completed during the six-month program. Through a combination of in-person and virtual mastermind sessions, participants receive strategic guidance, peer insight, collaborative problem-solving, and consistent accountability to help them navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and keep moving forward. The goal is simple: don't just talk about what you want to accomplish—complete it. By the end of the six months, participants should leave with a completed project or program, measurable progress in their organization, and a strategy for their next level of growth.

Cancellation Policy
The Growth Accelerator Mastermind is a six-month group strategy, implementation, and accountability program offered by The Startup Strategist, LLC. Enrollment represents a commitment to the complete program. Program Investment & Registration Deposit: The total program investment is $1,200. A $200 nonrefundable registration deposit is required to reserve your space. The deposit is applied toward the $1,200 total and is not an additional fee. The remaining $1,000 balance may be paid in full or in five monthly payments of $200. Payment Due Dates Participants using the payment plan must make each $200 payment by the 21st day of the month preceding the upcoming program month. For example, payment for March is due February 21. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access to sessions, materials, and program benefits until the account is current. Cancellations & Refunds The $200 registration deposit is nonrefundable. Once the program begins, payments already made are nonrefundable. Enrollment is a commitment to the full six-month program, and participants remain responsible for the outstanding program balance unless otherwise agreed to in writing by The Startup Strategist, LLC. Attendance Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, credits, prorated fees, or individual make-up sessions. Supplemental materials may be provided when available. Schedule & Participation The Startup Strategist, LLC may make reasonable changes to session dates, facilitators, or delivery methods when necessary. Participants will be notified of material changes. Participants are expected to actively participate, complete agreed-upon action items, maintain professional conduct, and respect the confidentiality of information shared by other participants. Acknowledgment By registering and submitting the $200 nonrefundable registration deposit, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the payment, cancellation, attendance, and participation requirements.
