3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

3.2. Startup Strategist LLC, reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits at any time, with or without notice.

4. MEMBERSHIP FEES

4.2. All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the organization's refund policy.

4.3. Membership fees are subject to change, and members will be notified of any fee adjustments in advance.

5. MEMBERSHIP DURATION AND RENEWAL

5.1. Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

5.2. Memberships may be renewed upon expiration, subject to the payment of applicable renewal fees.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

6.2. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to Startup Strategist LLC, in accordance with the organization's termination policy.
